Dr. Em Wong, brain health coach and internal medicine doctor with a background in women’s health and integrative medicine, knows that we all need support in getting ourselves where we want to go. That's why she's offering group pop-up coaching.
She's building a community to help you figure out what the obstacles are in getting you where you want to go. We all know the best ways to take care of our health are to go to bed on time, eat the right things, move our bodies, but we need support to do these things consistently.
This will be an opportunity for you to share your struggles and get insight from Dr. Em.
The Brain Health Workshop offers a casual, comfortable space where participants can ask questions and explore topics that are often overlooked in public discussions on brain aging and caring for our brains.
